When Irina Bregman came to the United States, she was shocked to discover the country did not offer private health insurance. Eager to help others to maintain quality health care, she obtained a license to sell insurance in New York and New Jersey. For 10 years she worked for Oxford Health Plans, first as a customer service representative and after a year she was promoted to dedicated service manager and then auditor. With a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Ms. Bregman founded The Bregman Agency in 2006. Her company offers services in life, health, and dental insurances for small groups and individuals. They also offer free discount pharmacy cards to save money on prescriptions. An expert in insurance claim processing, Ms. Bregman oversees all aspects of her company, including sales, account management, and marketing. She feels her years of success can most aptly be attributed to her dedication, and a business approach driven by client needs. Within the next five years, she aims to double the income for The Bregman Agency by networking, consulting, and branding nationwide.

Ms. Bregman is a charitable supporter of Memorial Sloan Kettering. Away from work, she enjoys playing the piano, singing karaoke, and spending time with her husband and three children.
